Dafodil : Workshop « Breathing Circles » with Elena (Diest)

Dafodil, a new folk dance festival in Diest, Belgium, will finally be back for its 4th edition in May 2022. Amongst other workshops and balls, Elena will give a workshop on « Breathing Circles ».
How do these circles work really well ?
You know them from the balls, but they all seem a bit the same to you ?
Or you can tell that there appear to be differences, but cannot tell for sure which ones ?
And how can you dance them correctly next time ?
We will have a closer look at: Ronde du Quercy, Rond de St Vincent, Rond d’Argenton, and Brande d’Ardente (nowadays often called « Bourrée ronde »).
